In photography always focus on movement and action. Use photography with clear, crispy and sharp colors, natural light and limited color pallete.

Photography Guidance

To maintain professional, yet human-like feel, we recommend to follow these basic steps in photography.

Try to avoid fake emotions, "staged & fake" corporate situations

Avoid crowded scenes without clear composition & action and busy background

Avoid unnatural white balance

Avoid fake & exaggerated facial expressions

Avoid overexposed photography & dramatic lightning

Avoid staged corporate situations and distant emotions

Avoid busy background that distract from the subject

Avoid low or unnatural angles

Photography Color

It's recommended choosing a color palette that compliments the photography. Look for slight color hues to find which color family will compliment each other with the picture and overall vibe.

Text on Photography

To keep good readability, we recommend to use following principles.

Subtle colour overlay

Use accent highlight that fits & compliments photography color scheme

Subtle black overlay

If photography is without dominant color use 30 black overlay, to improve text readability

Text Guidance

Don’t use text on photography with bad readability

Don't use two colors for text highlights

Don't use dark photography filters

Photos for social media, ads, other designs

Choose either “Event Photos” folder or “Office Photos” folder, depending on what type of photos you need.

Avoid using photos with employees that are no longer working at Magebit and make sure you follow our Photography Guidelines that can be found in the page "Photography".
